At Frederick's of Hollywood, we want you to feel confident and sexy in every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygienic reasons, items such as panties, hosiery, and adhesive bras are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
